This is the governor-incumbent of Chiba prefecture giving a campaign speech in front of Inage Kaigan station last month. I didn't know she was governor or even what office she was campaigning for until after I took this picture. I think it's funny that they have such a presumably important political figure giving a speech on a stack of milk crates covered with a piece of plywood.
